We focus on the heavy construction industry for Federal, State and Local Government Agencies specializing in Public Work projects. We believe this gives us a unique edge because of the regulatory constraints required of building laws and codes. We understand that conforming to multiple levels of regulations will be an important task of ours. We are accustomed to doing that and we devote the necessary time and effort to see that it is done well.

CONSTRUCTION APPROACH
 

NEWest Construction is currently licensed by the State of California as a General Engineering (Class A), General Building (Class B), and Electrical Contractor (Class C10). This allows NEWest to be flexible to the requirements of public agencies that require various licenses in order to be the Prime Contractor. We also believe that by having this license flexibility NEWest can self perform a majority of work with our own forces allowing better control of the schedule.
